After a long interval, CE Construction has opened bookings for two individual housing projects — Hattiban Housing and Sallaghari Colony. Spread over 32.5 ropanies area, Hattiban Housing is a centrally located project just a 15-minute drive from Satdobato. The project will have 67 units of two and a half storey modern building with built up area start from 1,600 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft. Available in four different models such as A,B,C and custom design, customers can choose the type and land area that starts from four annas to 15 annas.
The price of the buildings starts from Rs 15 million and goes up to Rs 45 million. “Customers have been waiting our new projects and with the launch of the projects, we have received 80 per cent bookings,” said Bijay Rajbhandary, Chairman of CE Construction, adding that only 10 units are left to be sold at Hattiban. Citing that people are conscious about quality of buildings, he said, “Customers these days opt to monitor construction of their houses rather than purchase already constructed houses. This is why we have got bookings in such a short span of time.”
Citing that the unique selling proposition for the Hattiban Project is location, he said, “Hattiban area is one of the most sought after locations especially for housing and apartment projects. Being just a two kilometre away from the ring road with departmental stores, schools and hospitals nearby it is the most convenient location.”
According to him, they plan to handover the project within two and a half years. He informed that construction work has started. For bookings, customer need to pay Rs five million, 40 per cent on contract and the rest in quarterly installments. They have tied up with SBI Bank as financing partner.
Sallaghari Colony is one of the first big projects of CE in Bhaktapur. Spread over 46 ropanies, the project will have 85 units of two and a half storey buildings. The built up area for each building starts from 1,600 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft with a land area of four annas to 12 annas.
The price of the houses start at Rs 14 million up to Rs 30 million depending upon the size and type. The company has provided three model designs for houses — Type A, B and custom design. “We are providing custom design facility for customers who buy bigger houses,” said Rajbhandary.
“Affordable price as compared to other same kind of products is the unique selling proposition for the Sallaghari Project,” he said. As per the company, they plan to handover this project within three years. For booking, one has to pay Rs two million, 40 per cent on contract and rest on quarterly basis installment system. According to him, price of the products has hiked by 10 to 15 per cent than earlier due to the government’s policy.
Each building will have four bedrooms, dining, kitchen and living area, puja room, laundry space and three bathrooms. In both projects, there will be centre green area, water and drainage facility and round the clock security system. Customers will get basic vastu oriented buildings ready to move in.
